We conduct a Strategic/Tactical Visioning Analysis and a Technology Environment Assessment. 

The Strategic/Tactical Visioning Analysis focuses on how the IT Department views and supports your customers and how your customers view and rely on the IT Department by determining:

• What Services are being provided by the IT Department and to whom
• Are the IT Department’s goals & objectives aligned with your customer’s goals & objectives
• How those Services are administered and are they meeting your customers' needs
• What are your customers’ expectations of the IT Department
• What are your IT Department's expectations of their customers

The Technology Environment Assessment focuses on the functional strength & weaknesses of your technology environment.   We review the overall environment to determine:

• The functional capabilities of the technology environment
• How the technology environment is used to provide services to your customers
• How the technology environment is supported by your IT staff
• The effectiveness of Standards, Practices, Polices, Processes & Procedures
• Is the technology environment properly documented
